Refund policy
Cancellations & Refunds
You may request a refund if your order is cancelled within 24–48 hours of payment. To ensure a full refund, please contact us at support@vitalpanewellness.co.za as soon as possible. Once your request is received, we’ll review it and notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@vitalpanewellness.co.za .
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To receive a replacement item quickly, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
